Established in 1916, Colee Hammock retains much of its Old Florida Charm. Residents are able to walk to shops and restaurants or stroll to the beach. We hope you attend our quarterly meetings and get involved in helping to keep Colee Hammock a place where we can live, work and play.

To participate in the community as an association member the cost is $75 per year.  You will have the knowledge that you are supporting the goal of maintaining the quality of life in our neighborhood.  You will be kept abreast of events, programs and legislation affecting Colee Hammock.  Join the Colee Hammock HOA.

Fort Lauderdale District 4 City Commissioner Warren Sturman represents Colee Hammock on the city commission. He can be reached through the City Hall Website.  City Hall is located at 100 N. Andrews Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301,  (954)-828-5003

Colee Hammock requires residential parking permits issued to residents in the community.  To obtain a permit go in person to the Fort Lauderdale Transportation and Mobility Department.  The application form is on the city’s website.

Colee Hammock features historic sites and 90 year old homes as well as newly built estate residences. Together they make up a blend of the old and the new.
